In the Name of God Amen. I Thomas Fenning the elder of Gosbeck in the County of Suffolk Yeoman, being of sound mind memory and understanding hereby revoking all former Wills by me made, Do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say) First I give and bequeath to my Daughter Elizabeth the Wife of Thomas Salter the sum of Five pounds of good and lawful money, and to my Daughter Margaret the Wife of Charles Wood the sum of Ten pounds to be paid to them within one year after my Death, Also I give to my Grand-daughter Mary Fenning and to my Grandsons Thomas Fenning, Robert Fenning and Samuel Fenning (Sons and Daughter of my said Son Thomas) the sum of Five pounds apiece to be paid to them respectively as they shall attain the age of Twenty one years, Also I give to my Grandson Thomas Salter the sum of Five pounds to be paid him when he attain the age of Twenty one years, and all the rest and residue of my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and what Nature Kind or Quality so ever (after and subject to the payment of my Just Debts funeral and Probate Charges and the personal Legacies herein given) I give and bequeath unto my son Thomas Fenning to and for his own use and absolute disposal, and I nominate and appoint him my said son Thomas Fenning and the said Charles Wood Executors of this my last Will and Testament, In witness whereof I have hereto set my Hand and Seal this Twentieth Day of March in the year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and Ninety Six .
